Items that show signs of use, are without original packaging, or are damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or guide you on how to return it.
4. Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed as follows:

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued in cash, depending on your preference and location

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange it at no additional cost once your return is approved.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it must go through the return process.
